CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate your interest in Queen Sugar Studio, and look forward to servicing your hair removal needs. Please note that Khiana is NOT currently accepting new/missed clients. If it has been more than 6 months since you have been serviced by Khiana, you will need to book with a different provider. While we love and welcome all to come and experience the SWEET SIDE of hair removal, all new and "missed" client appointments will not be accepted by Khiana. We take pride in our work and ALL of our service providers are highly skilled and capable of providing you with the experience of a lifetime! You will ALWAYS receive the highest quality of hair removal at Queen Sugar, regardless of which technician services your needs! Thank you and we look forward to meeting you soon!

We charge a NON REFUNDABLE booking fee for each booking. This fee will be credited to you at check out, however, if you cancel your appointment or are deemed a NO SHOW, your booking fee will be FORFEITED. Should you reschedule your appointment, your fee will transfer to the new booking date. The system will not allow reschedules or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
